Once you finish your booking, a confirmation e-mail containing your ticket will automatically be sent within 12 hours to your e-mail address. If somehow you do not see the confirmation mail in your inbox, please check your Spam & Junk boxes. Simply print out the page to use as your ticket on the day.

Yes, you can. Please contact us 5 days before your reservation date, one of our advisors will visit you in your hotel and exchange the tickets. Remember all the excursions aren’t same price.

Yes, you can. Contact us 5 days before your booking, we check our reservation list and offer you which day – which time is avaliable. If you not feel well or want to re-schedule your bookings we can do it for free of charge.

Our drivers or advisors will find you easier. By knowing your room number we have less chance to make a mistake. We will get in touch with you only about your excursions and pick-up issues.

 

But, as long as you wait in main enterance on the time, you don’t have to give your room number.

We arrange free pick up and drop back services the place you stay in Marmaris or Icmeler with air-conditioned and comfortable vehicles. We’ll be ready right on the time with our vehicle at the main enterance of the hotel you stay. Our drivers or advisors will check your tickets and they will take you in. We expect you to be right on the time at the pick up point.

If you have payment problems, it could be for various reasons, these are the most common ones;
